Hummus – Simmered chickpeas pureed with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. Served with olive oil and hot sauce.

Baba Ganouj – Roasted eggplant blended with tahini, lemon juice, garlic and spices. Topped with olive oil and hot sauce.

Stuffed Grape Leaves - Hand rolled vine leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, and herbs. Simmered into tomato sauce with fresh lemon.

Tabouli Salad - Finely chopped fresh parsley and tomatoes mixed with cracked wheat, lemon juice and olive oil.

Fattouch Salad – Chopped tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, parsley, feta cheese and olives. Mixed with herb toasted pita bread chunks.

Shawarmah Chicken – Tender marinated chicken grilled with Mediterranean spices. Topped with Swiss cheese and cucumber yogurt sauce.
